Record Keeping and Office Admin Internship

ADFly, LLC is a start-up digital marketing agency providing Search Engine Services and Social Media Marketing to small to medium sized businesses and franchises. We’re looking to hire on the right student intern for the 2018 Spring Semester.

Whether you’re interested in learning the ropes or you know what you are good at and just need an environment to prove yourself, we’d love to meet you, share ideas, and potentially work together! We’re looking for a motivated and long-term Record-Keeper/Office Manager. Duties consist of client project management, account file organization, advertising spend and expense budgeting. We’ll teach you how to provide insight and strategy to clients, incorporate search trends into your digital writing, and how to use marketing success metrics to retroactively evaluate your work to build a sound and ongoing strategy. In addition, all work done in this position can be collected into a professional portfolio to exhibit what you’re capable of.

There will be an initial 20 Hours Unpaid Training (Nov-Dec) with an $8.50/hour wage following training and commitment to the internship. We will also evaluate the possibility of a wage raise after 100 paid hours.

For those who can regularly meet or exceed expectations, there is potential for greater compensation. For those who are interested, a more permanent spot on the ADFly team may be available. We’ll teach you what we know about digital marketing and you’ll have the opportunity to personally play a part in the growth and success of a small local business.

Requirements: Student pursing a degree in Business to some capacity. An emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or information technology would be a plus. Applicant must have a positive attitude and display curiosity for how the intersection between marketing and the Internet affect daily life.
